Your KLP site is one of the best I’ve encountered in terms of ease of use. I particularly appreciate the instant availability of what I ordered, and the ease of downloading my purchase. I also like the availability of past purchases for re-downloading. Like a squirrel who lost his nuts (no, not that kind), I couldn’t find my past downloads in the coffin of my computer, so easily downloaded them again. Best site I’ve used.
